Just started building a new server with ubuntu 16.04 (my old one is 12.04)
Initial setup went flawless but I got stuck with VNC and although most operations could
be performed on the terminal, a GUI desktop becomes handy from time to time.
I started with the 'xstartup' file proposed for 14.04 but that gave me the gray X-Term window.
I than tried other solutions proposed on this forum but the most I could get was a terminal in a X-Term window.
Anyone bumped into this issue? soled it?
