Got back in touch with my provider and luckily they could replicate the issue (I couldn't from my end). They think they've spotted and issue and fixed it. Please let me know if it's fixed for you.

Thank you sir. The change has not yet replicated through all the DNS servers globally but finger's crossed the problem will not return

Back home again and God is calling me again! Very worrying as I'm not in the slightest religious. Maybe it's a sign! Linux is hell for me at the moment lol.

Have you tried running an in a Command Prompt? Or tried hitting Ctrl-F5 in your browser?
