deluge-daemon crashing

Hi everyone
New year came with a problem,
deluge daemon is crashing every few minutes.
I have UBUNTU 14.04, Deluge - 1.3.5, libtorrents 0.15.10.0
I tried to implement the solution offered about a year ago on a similar post but it does not solve the problem
Any solution other than restarting the daemon every few minutes?

I've updated my Deluge Guide. Please have a read through. Mine doesn't keep crashing anymore.
