There have been a few changes since the guide was written. It is not possible to click on the "Check This Page" link to find the latest version unless you are already a registered user of the forum.

The command to run FlexRaid also will not work until you have drilled down a number of directories created by the installer .. bit of a pain but that is what happens ... After you have drilled down it does work though

Thanks for the heads-up. can you give more details of the issues you faced please and what parts of the guide were out of date? I am about to install flexraid on my machine and would probably benefit from your experiences.

I already have the flexraid software so know you have to join the forum before you can download it so I'm fine about that problem.

I have installed but not yet configured. I note that there is quite a bit of reading that should be done on the site before playing and there is new functionality so read the change download page on the forum may be a fun first step. The stage where I am at is I can get Flexraid to load on port 8080 from a client so I have broken nothing ... yet. I will be installing based on the snapshot rather than real-time. Give me a couple of days and I will know if it is easy or not. First I have to figure out what is wrong with my temperature monitoring.....
