It's quite loud so I'm thinking of changing the case fans. Each fan on it's own doesn't make much noise but when they're all running it's rather noisey.

Is it worth changing the fans for quieter ones? If so, what would you recommend? Will it make that much difference? Do quieter ones move less air?

depends. My server is in a closet so noise is not an issue. If you have the machine in your living space then yeah, possibly. The antec fans are not loud fans by any means. I think any noise reduction would be minimal. better off slowing down the existing fans rather than simpley replaceing them.
