It is the "sudo reboot -h now" command that I am using.
Is there any possibility for me to run a file integrity check on the overall server?

I've recently gone through the instructions on here (thank you). I've got VNC and PuTTy working. My problem is that as soon as I request the server to reboot I obviously get kicked off of the session.
